Attitude of Gratitude

Giving thanks is powerful. Gratitude opens the heart and connects you to all of life in the physical (and nonphysical) through Streaming Consciousness. In the flow of Streaming Consciousness, you are connected to unconditional love, which opens your heart to others and allows you to be loved in return. You are realigned with the Source in an instant and Light floods into your life. Things begin moving toward resolution.

If you find yourself feeling loneliness, despair or fear over the holidays, don't fight these moment, step right into them. Embrace them as fleeting. Then look around you. Feel the love for your pet, a child, a friend. Listen to a favorite piece of music or read passages from a favorite book. As your feelings begin to soften, allow the feeling of gratitude to sweep over you.

If you've lost a home, take a moment to feel gratitude that you're still standing. If you've lost a loved one, remember that the love you share is eternal. If you've lost a job, try to feel the fulfillment you'll be feeling when the new opportunity that's just around the corner comes your way.(This will help to make it happen!)

If all else fails, try this: (It will change everything!) — Do three things for other people. It works magic.
