In my earliest classes, I used to reference Ann Faraday's book, "The Dream Game," a wonderful primer for dream interpretation. Still a favorite quote: "Dreams represent the unconscious giving us back what the heart recorded, but the mind rationalized away."
I enjoy observing the various and unique ways that apprentices receive their own intuitive information. One apprentice mentioned examples of her precognitive dreaming. She reported that she once a dream about...orange juice. A short time later, she read in the news that the Jews in the Israeli army (dressed in orange) were ousting other Jews from the Gaza Strip. (The dream was alerting her to — "Orange Jews!")
She also had a dream about — French fries! It was soon reported that the Algerians in France were torching cars in France...(France was frying!)
Here's a fascinating example that shows how incredibly responsive the unconscious can be — when we actually issue forth a specific request!
