Talk at Bagua Bookstore
It was an interesting time to have traveled to Miami to conduct an "RIR." A sweet gal showed up at Bagua Bookstore, where I was doing a presentation and book signing. She was dressed in hospital scrubs, looking tired and stressed. Turns out, she had been tending to Haitian earthquake victims that day in a Miami crisis unit, those who had recently been flown in...
When it came time to do a few "minis" in the audience, I felt pulled in this gal's direction. Standing before her, I saw the face of a suffering Haitian woman that she had yet to meet. By way of "streaming consciousness"—transmitted from the victim's higher self—I saw that the gal, a physical therapist, would have just the right words or actions for this woman that would have a subsequent profound effect on lives of the woman and her children.
It wasn't certain as to whether this gal will have a clue as to the dynamics of this interaction when it occurs, but this is how it was shown to me. I talked to the gal, very sensitive and intuitive, regarding the importance of maintaining a healthy detachment when she works with these folks, while acting with compassion and allowing the Divine to work through her. Feeling one's pain (or becoming mired in the projections of our own pain) can compromise our ability to be a powerful conduit for healing energy.
When the gal came for a private consultation, she announced that the French government had asked her to come to Haiti as soon as possible. Apparently she has done work there in the past. The aftershock last week delayed her departure a day or two, but I believe that she's there now. We certainly send her love and extra energy as she tends to so many who are suffering. Here she is, interviewed on the news in Haiti: Physical therapists in Haiti
